Overview: The Made-to-Order Model CRDEA.STORE operates on a sustainable, print-on-demand model. This means we do not hold inventory; every product is created specifically for you after you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
Please review your order and our size charts carefully before purchasing.
1. Refund & Exchange Eligibility We only offer refunds or replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered.
- Defective/Damaged: (e.g., Torn fabric, printing errors, broken binding).
- Wrong Item Sent: (e.g., You ordered a Large but received a Small).
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Digital Downloads: All PDF books, journals, and roadmaps are non-refundable once the download link has been sent.
- Apparel & Home Goods: As these are custom-printed, we cannot exchange them if you ordered the wrong size or color.
- Books: Books printed via our partners (Lulu/Amazon) are subject to strict print-on-demand limitations. We only replace books with printing errors.
3. How to Report a Problem (The “Hassle-Free” Process) If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you do not need to return it to us. Instead, follow this process within 30 days of delivery:
- Take a clear photo of the damage or defect.
- Take a photo of the packaging label.
- Email both photos to support@crdea.store with your Order Number.
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund immediately. Do not mail items back to our office unless explicitly instructed by our support team.
4. Refunds (If Applicable) If a refund is approved (for missing packages or unfixable defects), a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@crdea.store.
6. External Platforms (Amazon) If you purchased a CRDEA book via a link to Amazon.com or another third-party retailer, that purchase is subject to their return policy, not ours. Please initiate returns directly through the platform where you bought the item.
